This traditional fit-and-flare dress has an airy, relaxed feel, with long sleeves traced with contrasting white pleated cotton and velvet ribbon finishes. Statement features include a stunning frill collar in contrasting white, delicately pleated and finished with a self-tie bow in navy around the neck. It has a charming banded velvet ribbon around the waist that ties in a floppy bow at the back, and is fully lined in pure cotton for extra comfort and coverage, and fastens with a mother of pearl button placket.
